The Challenge:
The TRASHion Show is an annual firm-wide event celebrating creativity, sustainability, and innovation through employee-designed garments made from recycled materials. For the 2026 event, the team introduced a new theme inspired by the intersection of Avant-Garde and Camp, requiring a creative way to educate participants and build excitement around the concept.
The Objective:
Create an engaging introduction video that explained the history, cultural significance, and creative inspiration behind the 2026 Avant-Camp theme.
My Role:
Creative Director, Researcher, Scriptwriter, Video Editor, Voice Over Recorder, Asset Curator
The Outcome:
I researched the history and cultural significance of both Avant-Garde and Camp, translating the concepts into an accessible and engaging narrative for a firm-wide audience. I developed the script, recorded voiceovers, and edited a visually compelling introduction video incorporating examples of both movements to help participants understand the creative direction behind the 2026 TRASHion Show theme and inspire their garment designs.
