The Challenge:
The TRASHion Show is a large-scale, firm-wide event celebrating creativity, sustainability, and ESG in Design Week, featuring employee-designed garments made from recycled materials. While the event generated significant internal excitement through sponsorships, awards, and gallery exhibitions, I saw an opportunity to share the impact and creativity of the initiative with external audiences.
The Objective:
Create an engaging social media sizzle reel that captured the energy of the TRASHion Show and showcased HKS’s commitment to sustainability, creativity, and employee innovation.
My Role:
Creative Director, Producer, Video Editor, Videographer, Asset Curator, Social Media Strategy
The Outcome:
Building on my existing role editing individual garment submission videos, I proposed expanding the content strategy to create an external-facing highlight reel. Using submitted team content from across the firm, I crafted a fast-paced, music-driven sizzle reel designed to capture the excitement of the event and showcase the creativity behind each garment. The final video became an annual piece shared across HKS’s social media channels to celebrate the initiative and amplify its reach beyond the firm.
